Installation

The 8to5 is the only T5 adaptor that has been designed in accordance with LIF / CELMA installation and safety concerns. The 8to5 unit is simple and quick to install but as in all electrical equipment we recommend that advice or assistance from a qualified electrician is obtained. When the 8to5 is installed it does not use ANY of the existing wiring, fittings or control gear and is in fact an independent T5 lighting unit with full BS Standards and a 2 year warranty.

On single and most common fluorescent fittings, the 8to5 Energy saver can be quickly installed giving immediate benefits. Even on complex multi-tube recessed fittings, which may require minor modifications, the 8to5 Energy saver can be installed in minutes giving you better lighting with reduced energy costs ~ and helping the environment with reduced CO2
